訪問指導 -visitation-
当社の担当者は技能実習生に寄り添い、定期的な訪問指導を実施。現場でのトレーニングや課題解決を通じてスキル向上をサポートし、コミュニケーションの円滑化を促進。個別のニーズに応じたアドバイスやケアを提供し、安心して働く環境を築き上げています。
Our representatives stay close to technical intern trainees and provide regular onsite guidance. We support skill improvement through onsite training and problem solving, and facilitate smooth communication. We provide advice and care tailored to individual needs and build a safe working environment.
相談窓口 -consultation service-
技能実習生の安心サポートを第一に、母国語での相談窓口を設置。コミュニケーションの壁を取り払い、個々のニーズや課題に迅速に対応。専門スタッフが母国語で丁寧にサポートし、円滑な業務遂行と生活環境の向上を促進。安心感と信頼感を築くため、常に技能実習生の側に寄り添っています。
With a priority on providing safety support to technical intern trainees, we have set up a consultation service in their native language. Breaking down communication barriers, we respond promptly to individual needs and issues. Specialized staff members provide courteous support in their native language to facilitate smooth work performance and improve their living environment. To build a sense of security and trust, we are always by the side of the technical intern trainees.

生活サポート -Life Support-
実習生の健康と快適な生活を第一に、体調不良時のサポートやアパートの管理を徹底。専任スタッフが迅速に対応し、医療面でもサポート。安心して学び、働ける環境を整え、実習生と共に満足のいく生活を実現します。
The health and comfort of trainees is our first priority, and we provide support in the event of illness and apartment management. Our full-time staff responds promptly and provides medical support. We provide a safe environment in which trainees can learn and work with peace of mind and realize a satisfactory life together with them.
リフレッシュ
-Refresh-
技能実習生の日本文化の勉強と親睦を深めることを目的とし、1年に1回以上旅行、食事会などのレクイエーションを実施します。
We will conduct recreational activities such as trips, dinners, etc. at least once a year for the purpose of studying Japanese culture and deepen friendship among technical intern trainees.
